Gluten-Free Cereal Bread

Learn how to make a delicious gluten-free cereal bread that's crispy and nourishing. Perfect to accompany your meals or enjoy as toast.



Ingredients:

  • 250g rice flour
  • 100g buckwheat flour
  • 100g starch
  • 50g quinoa flour
  • 8G Guar gum
  • 40cl warm water
  • 1 packet gluten-free yeast
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 Salt Valve

Preparation:
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, add water and honey, and stir until smooth. Let rest for 2 hours. Add seeds, transfer to a loaf pan, and let rest for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 210°C, bake for 15 minutes, then reduce to 180°C and bake for 30 more minutes.
