Spring Rolls




A Light and Delicious Snack or Appetizer

These spring rolls will be the perfect light and delicious snack or appetizer to serve alongside your meals. The melted cheese inside makes them absolutely irresistible!

Ingredients:

  • 10 spring roll wrappers
  • 10 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 10 slices of cheddar cheese

Sealing Mixture:

In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of flour with 3 tablespoons of water. Stir well until the flour dissolves and forms a creamy consistency.

Preparation:

  1. Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.
  2. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on it, then add a mozzarella cheese stick on top.
  3. Roll the wrapper tightly into a roll shape, making sure to seal the edges well using the sealing mixture to prevent the cheese from leaking during frying.
  4. Heat a generous amount of oil over medium heat and fry the spring rolls until they turn golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
