Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 head of garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 sprig of parsley (optional)
Preparation:

Prepare the Garlic:
- Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a blender.

Blend the Ingredients:
- Add the lemon juice and salt.
- Blend on medium speed while slowly adding the oil until a creamy consistency is achieved.

Optional Addition:
- If desired, add parsley and blend again.

Chill and Serve:
- Transfer the sauce to a bowl and refrigerate before serving.
