Garlic Sauce



Ingredients:

  • 1 head of garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 sprig of parsley (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the Garlic:

    • Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a blender.
  2. Blend the Ingredients:

    • Add the lemon juice and salt.
    • Blend on medium speed while slowly adding the oil until a creamy consistency is achieved.
  3. Optional Addition:

    • If desired, add parsley and blend again.
  4. Chill and Serve:

    • Transfer the sauce to a bowl and refrigerate before serving.
