Preparation

Mix the sugar and yeast with warm water. Add salt, oil, yogurt, and baking powder.

Pour the mixture into the flour, mix well, and knead with warm water until a soft, smooth, non-sticky dough forms.

Cover the dough and let it rise for an hour.

Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.

Spread tomato sauce, then add cheese, bell peppers, olives, and your preferred topping.

Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes, baking from the bottom until the cheese melts.
