Pesto Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
Preparation:
- Wash the basil thoroughly and chop it finely.
- Blend the garlic with salt and olive oil until smooth.
- Finely chop the pine nuts, then mix them with the basil and garlic mixture. Stir well until the sauce is well combined and ready.
- Use it as a pasta sauce or serve it as a dip with chips.
