Pesto Sauce



Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts

Preparation:

  1. Wash the basil thoroughly and chop it finely.
  2. Blend the garlic with salt and olive oil until smooth.
  3. Finely chop the pine nuts, then mix them with the basil and garlic mixture. Stir well until the sauce is well combined and ready.
  4. Use it as a pasta sauce or serve it as a dip with chips.
